The Jiménez, Graffam & Lausell Law Firm was founded in 1968 by Nicolás Jiménez and José Antonio Fusté, graduates of the University of Puerto Rico Law School, with a concentration in admiralty and maritime law practice. The Firm has since expanded and diversified its areas of practice and is currently engaged in the practice of general civil and commercial litigation including admiralty and maritime, labor and employment law, environmental and hazardous materials, transportation, products liability, construction, commercial distributorship disputes, medical malpractice, real estate, insurance and personal injury litigation.
